1. By subscribing to Lorna's World Fanclub, you certify that you are 18 years or older, that you are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access materials with erotic nudity; that you are familiar with that kind of material and that you are requesting this material for your own private use and will never share these materials with a minor or in any way make these materials available to a minor. By entering this site, you are certifying that you are of legal adult age and that down loading the images in this web site does not violate the community standards of your street, village, city, town, state, county, providence or country.

2. You also certify that you are wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from reading, viewing or down loading of images or material contained within the web site and that Lorna Morgan Fanclub and its affiliates can not be held responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry into or use of this web site and/or material contained herein.

For your convenience and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiration.

The materials and all services provided by Lorna's World Fanclub are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Lorna's World Fanclub offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error free service. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the materials and all services provided by Lorna's World Fanclub is borne to you. In no event shall Lorna's World Fanclub be liable for any damages whatsoever ( including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the material or information available on this site.
